About Lynn Ford

Lynn has approximately 25 years of experience across dispatch, home warranty operations, vendor management, property services, commercial roofing, facilities coordination, customer service, and operational problem-solving.

Much of her work has taken place behind the scenes, where she has managed urgent service needs, vendor relationships, customer expectations, complicated workflows, documentation, and the constant follow-through required to keep operations moving.

That experience became the foundation for NexaLynx.

After years of watching critical operational knowledge become buried in emails, work-order systems, disconnected conversations, and individual employees, Lynn began building NexaLynx.

NexaLynx is a human-led operational intelligence company designed to help property teams create stronger continuity, vendor accountability, work-order visibility, documentation, and service coordination.

Lynn's goal is not simply to add another software platform. It is to build the operational layer she repeatedly saw missing throughout her career.

Lynn's work in media began in 2013 through voiceover, audiobook narration, podcasting, social media management, independent content creation, and digital storytelling.

She has recorded multiple audiobooks, performed voiceover work, developed and hosted podcast programming, managed a podcast channel featuring three separate shows, produced podcast content for other people, appeared as a guest across multiple podcast platforms, and managed social media and content for outside businesses.

Lynn Ford Media has operated under its current name since 2024 and now brings that experience together across speaking, podcasting, production, narration, content strategy, media development, and public-facing creative work.

Her media experience is not separate from her work as a founder and operations strategist. It is part of how she communicates complex ideas, develops stories, interviews people, builds trust, and creates meaningful connections with an audience.

Lynn's work is informed not only by her career, but by the reality of rebuilding while life is still happening.

Her story includes navigating a male-dominated industry, fighting to have her expertise recognized, building a company later in her career, managing mental and physical health, adjusting to a fibromyalgia diagnosis, losing a significant amount of weight, regaining it, and facing the emotional and physical work of beginning again.

She does not present herself as someone who has completed every transformation. She speaks from inside the process of becoming.
